Architecture that drives execution

Architecture that moves the business forward.

10+ years in digital transformation

I work at the intersection of architecture, processes, and execution. I translate business priorities into technical decisions that engineering teams and executive leaders can understand, evaluate, and operate.

01 / Capabilities

Architecture across systems, data, and operations.

Five areas where I turn business priorities into technical systems that teams can operate and trust.

Integrated digital transformation

  • TRANSFORMATION
  • OPERATING MODEL

As a Solutions Engineer & Solutions Architect at Convergint, I define architectures that integrate critical applications, data, and processes. I align technical decisions with operational goals, reduce friction across teams, and turn digital transformation into a sustainable capability.

Strategic process architecture

  • SIGNAVIO
  • BPMN 2.0

I model complex processes such as quote-to-order, lead-to-cash, and lead-to-order using Signavio and BPMN 2.0. I define responsibilities, rules, dependencies, and system boundaries to turn business strategy into executable operating models—an approach strengthened throughout my experience at Rockwell Automation.

Data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation

  • DATA
  • TRACEABILITY

I transform complex, disconnected data into reliable information that teams can use with confidence. I define mappings, validation rules, reconciliation controls, and traceability across enterprise systems to support consistent operations and informed decisions.

Modern integration ecosystems

  • INTEGRATION
  • OBSERVABILITY

I design event-driven architectures and real-time synchronization flows using MuleSoft, APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and Salesforce. I define contracts, transformation rules, and observability mechanisms so every integration remains reliable, maintainable, and operable.

Telecom BSS/OSS architecture

  • BSS/OSS
  • eTOM

I have experience designing BSS/OSS architectures for telecommunications operators across Latin America using eTOM and platforms such as Qvantel and Amdocs. My work includes Order Fulfillment, Network Provisioning, and critical integrations across complex enterprise ecosystems.

Now

Making complexity operable

My current focus is designing integration ecosystems that allow organizations to operate from a Single Source of Truth. The goal is not to connect more systems—it is to make applications, data, processes, and teams work under clear, verifiable rules.

02 / Beyond work

A life beyond diagrams

Hardcore and punk keep the volume up. At home in Medellín, my girlfriend Vicky and I share life with Blue and Fiora, our two French bulldogs, who keep everything else in perspective.

  • Electronic engineer by training
  • Digital transformation enthusiast
  • Hardcore, punk, and live music
  • Blue and Fiora run the house

Open to thoughtful conversations

Good conversations start with a real problem.

If you are working through a complex transformation, a critical integration, or a process no one can fully explain, let’s talk.
