I model complex processes such as quote-to-order, lead-to-cash, and lead-to-order using Signavio and BPMN 2.0. I define responsibilities, rules, dependencies, and system boundaries to turn business strategy into executable operating models—an approach strengthened throughout my experience at Rockwell Automation.

I design event-driven architectures and real-time synchronization flows using MuleSoft, APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and Salesforce. I define contracts, transformation rules, and observability mechanisms so every integration remains reliable, maintainable, and operable.

I have experience designing BSS/OSS architectures for telecommunications operators across Latin America using eTOM and platforms such as Qvantel and Amdocs. My work includes Order Fulfillment, Network Provisioning, and critical integrations across complex enterprise ecosystems.
